What TaninAI stores

Account details, project settings, manuscripts, glossary terms, translation results, edits, and contact messages are stored only to provide and operate the service.

How manuscripts are handled

Source files and generated artifacts are private, ownership-checked, and never served from a public directory. Document content is not written to application logs or used to promote the service.

Retention

Source files and generated artifacts are scheduled for removal 30 days after project completion by default. Account metadata and approved glossaries remain until they are deleted by the account holder.

Service providers

Infrastructure providers may process the minimum information required to host, store, deliver, and secure the service. TaninAI does not sell manuscript or account data.

Your choices

You may edit account details, archive projects, remove glossaries, or request deletion of your account and associated private files from Settings.
